Welcome to Bàcaro! We are committed to providing you with an exceptional dining experience.
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we adhere to the following policies.
1. Reservations
- Advance Booking:
Reservations are recommended. You can book your table online or by calling us directly. - Reservation Times:
Please arrive on time for your reservation. We allow a 20-minute grace period before offering your table to the next waiting guest. - Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
2. Seating & Table Requests
- Seating Preferences:
While we strive to accommodate all seating requests, specific tables or areas cannot be guaranteed. - Group Seating:
For parties larger than 8, we recommend contacting us in advance to make special arrangements.
3. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
- Allergies:
Please inform your server of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when ordering. Our kitchen team will make every effort to accommodate your needs. - Cross-Contamination:
While we take precautions, please note that our kitchen is not an allergen-free environment. - NOTE:
Consuming raw or undercooked meat, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition.
4. Outside Food
- Cakes & Desserts:
We welcome you to bring a celebratory cake or dessert. A $5 plating fee will apply.
5. Corkage Fee
- Standard Bottles (750ml or smaller):
$50 KYD per bottle. - Larger Bottles (over 750ml):
$100 KYD per bottle. - Please Note:
Consuming raw or undercooked meat, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition.- Limit: We kindly request a limit of 2 bottles per table.
- Wine List: Before bringing your own wine, we encourage you to explore our carefully curated wine list. Our knowledgeable staff would be delighted to help you find a perfect pairing.
- Outside Beverages: This policy applies exclusively to wine. Outside spirits, beer, or other beverages are not permitted.
- Service: Our staff will be pleased to uncork, decant, and serve your wine with the same care as our own selections.
6. Parking
- Free:
There is plenty of available (free) parking at our restaurant.
7. Dress Code
- Attire:
We encourage smart casual attire. Please refrain from wearing beachwear, flip-flops, or athletic clothing.
8. Child Policy
- Children Welcome:
We welcome families with children. However, we kindly ask that children remain seated and supervised at all times. - High Chairs:
Available upon request, but quantities are limited.
9. Pet Policy
- Pets:
Pets are not permitted inside the restaurant, with the exception of outdoor seating areas under the table.
10. Payment Methods
- Accepted Forms:
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Personal checks are not accepted. - Split Bills:
Please no split checks.
11. Pricing & Gratuity
- Cayman Dollars:
All prices are in CI dollars. 18% gratuity will be added to the final bill. - Service Charge:
An 18% gratuity is added to the final bill. Additional gratuity is always appreciated for excellent service.
12. Privacy & Security
- Data Protection:
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided for reservations or inquiries will be kept secure and used only for its intended purpose.
14. Conduct
- Respectful Behavior:
We strive to maintain a welcoming and respectful atmosphere. Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. - Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies or creates an uncomfortable environment for others.
